Right of withdrawal

1. Your right

Under article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within five (5) business days following delivery, without justification and without penalty.

2. How to exercise it

Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] within the period, indicating your order number (format EK-YYYY-00000). We will confirm receipt and the return steps.

You must return the piece by the same means and in the same condition in which you received it. Return transport and related costs are borne by the consumer, as provided by law.

3. Refund

We will refund the full amount paid within thirty (30) calendar days of the withdrawal, to the same payment method used.

4. Record and traceability

Each withdrawal request is recorded with its date and reason in the order history, as evidence of legal compliance.
